In the field of infrastructure, FMJ mainly offers clients services in the area of surface water, water treatment and drinking water. We can also help with water management, as well as with the construction of tunnels and bridges.
Water market & water management
We work for water companies and water boards, but also for municipalities and semi-public bodies. From installing, building or refurbishing the electrical systems for water treatment plants and pumping stations to their management and maintenance, we support our clients in many areas of their operations.
In general, our infrastructure projects concern hardware & software engineering, control panel building, and assembly and commissioning. We use a SCADA system to collect and process all the measurements and control data routed from the objects like sensors and devices. You can also count on us for aftercare, parts replacement and to handle any fault or issues that may arise. We are ISO 9001 certified and also have the Dutch VCA certification for safety, health and environmental care.
Surface water
FMJ remotely manages pumping stations and weirs. Together with canals, locks and buffers, the pumping stations keep ditches and waterways from overflowing. Our electrical engineering and instrumentation are essential in keeping surface water levels under control.

FMJ offers solutions for water management and water treatment in the form of PLCs and SCADA systems, with which we can handle the entire project, including:

Drinking water
